play-canada.com is operated by Bluewater Gymnastics Club Sarnia ("we", "us", "our"), a registered Canadian non-profit at 1540 Lottie Neely Park Rd, Sarnia, ON N7T 7H4, Canada. Play Canada is the public name of our AGCO-licensed 50/50 raffle.

When you use Play Canada, we may collect:

• Ticket purchase data — name, email, phone, billing address, age confirmation, and Canada location confirmation.
• Payment data — processed by our PCI-compliant provider. We never store full card numbers.
• Site usage data — IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referrer (analytics cookies only with consent).
• Communications — anything you send via email or our contact form.

• Process your ticket purchase and deliver your numbers.
• Contact you about draws, results, and prize claims.
• Meet AGCO regulatory reporting and record-keeping obligations.
• Improve the website (analytics only with your cookie consent).

Ticket and transaction records are retained for seven (7) years to meet AGCO reporting requirements. Marketing contact records are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

• Withdraw consent for analytics and marketing communications.
